Transportation and Parking
Shuttle Service from Emory Conference Center Hotel
A shuttle will run every 15 minutes from the hotel’s main lobby to the Claudia Nance Rollins Building. The full shuttle schedule is available at registration and is available for download here.
Visitor Parking
The Michael Street visitor lot charges fees from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday). After 5:00 PM, no fees apply, but you must retain your entry ticket to exit. A $25 fee applies for lost tickets. If the lot is full, the next closest visitor option is the 1525 Clifton Road deck.
Emory Permit Holders
From June 3–5, Emory University and Emory Healthcare faculty, staff, and students may use their valid Clifton campus permits to park in the Michael Street permit deck as part of temporary summer overflow accommodations.

Tuesday sessions will occur in two locations. The Care Recipient Conference – intended for those affected by Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers – will be held at the Emory Brain Health Center, 12 Executive Park Drive NE; Atlanta, GA 30329, in the open classrooms on the first floor. Free parking is available in the parking deck across from the building entrance.
The Parallel Workshop Sessions – which will provide didactic material on assessing and measuring FOG in clinical and research settings – will be held in the Emory Conference Center Hotel. Travel information is available here.
Wednesday, June 4, 2025 – Friday, June 6, 2025
The Scientific Program will be held at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. The Rollins School of Public Health is located at 1518 Clifton Road on Emory University’s main campus next to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The school is housed within three connected buildings—the Grace Crum Rollins Building, the Claudia Nance Rollins Building, and the R. Randall Rollins Building, bordered by Clifton Road and Houston Mill Road. Travel information is available here.
Food
Complimentary continental breakfast, boxed lunches, and coffee breaks will be provided.
Complimentary receptions will be held Tuesday and Wednesday evening with heavy appetizers.
A complimentary Gala Dinner at the Georgia Aquarium will be held Thursday evening.

Registration and Check-In
Registration check-in is in the Lobby of R. Randall Rollins building. Registration is open throughout the conference.

Conference name badges are obtained at the registration table and must be worn at all times.

Photo and Video Policy
To respect the presenters, please do not photograph or record videos of any presentation or poster without prior permission of the presenter.
Posters
Posters will be available for viewing during lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Posters should be portrait orientation, 24” x 36” or approximately A1 size. Poster boards will be available for set up in the first-floor bridge area of the Claudia Nance Rollins building.
CME Credit
Instructions on receiving continuing medical education (CME) credit are forthcoming.

Wednesday-Friday: Main scientific program
The main scientific program, including lectures and poster sessions, will be held at the Rollins School of Public Health Wednesday-Friday. The Rollins School of Public Health (1516 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta GA 30322) is comprised of several interconnected structures. The maximum distance between building entrances is approximately 20-30m (65-100′), typically a minute or two walk.
The Rollins School of Public Health is approximately 650 meters (0.4 miles) southwest of the Emory Conference Center Hotel. Shuttles will be provided, or attendees may walk at their convenience.
- Registration will be available in the Claudia Nance Rollins Plaza Level Auditorium.
- All talks will be held in the Rollins Auditorium, Room P100, Claudia Nance Rollins Building, Plaza level.
- Poster sessions will be held in the Bridge Area connecting the Claudia Nance Rollins and Grace Crum Rollins Buildings, on the first floor one level up from the Plaza level, accessible by open-air stairs or elevator.
- Lunch and exhibitors will be available in the Atrium of the R. Randall Rollins Building, Ground Floor.
